Vietnam’s VinFast has formed a partnership with DHL, the logistics and transportation firm based in Germany, to enhance its spare parts network throughout Europe. As per an agreement disclosed on Monday, DHL will manage the import, packaging, distribution, and delivery processes for all VinFast vehicle spare parts in Europe, utilizing its Holtum facility in Born, Netherlands. Urgent deliveries can be executed within a 24-hour timeframe.
Le Thi Thu Trang, the CEO of VinFast Europe, expressed that VinFast is privileged to include DHL among its distinguished European partners. She emphasized that through this collaboration, VinFast aims to refine its spare parts supply chain to elevate consumer experiences and services.
