He stated, “It was reported that one Mubarak, who is suspected of insanity and also scavenging around Kwangila, had a fight with a passerby, Shamsu Danshehu 25 years of the same area. During the fight, the said scavenger stabbed Shamsu on the chest with scissors. The victim was rushed to the general hospital but gave up the ghost in the hospital and confirmed dead. The suspect was arrested for further investigation.”
