Revolt Motors is entering the Nepal market with plans to open 15 showrooms, starting with its first in Kathmandu next month. The company aims to promote electric motorcycles amid growing demand for clean transport and has partnered with MV Dugar Group for this expansion.

Revolt Motors, a leading electric motorcycle company based in India, has announced its plans to enter the Nepalese market. The company will open its first showroom in Kathmandu next month, with a target of establishing fifteen showrooms in major Nepalese cities within the next three to four months, in collaboration with Nepal’s MV Dugar Group.

Scheduled to launch in April 2025, the Kathmandu flagship store will feature Revolt’s entire product range, including models such as the RV400, RV400 BRZ, RV1, RV1+, and the new RV BlazeX. Additionally, these showrooms will offer accessories, merchandise, and after-sales services to enhance customer experience.

Anjali Rattan, Chairperson of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited, the parent company of Revolt, emphasized the significance of Nepal as a strategic market. She noted the country’s commitment to clean energy and the increasing demand for sustainable mobility, while also hinting at further expansion plans in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

Moti Lal Dugar, Chairman of Dugar Brothers & Sons, expressed optimism regarding the reception of Revolt’s electric motorcycles among Nepalese consumers, citing a growing awareness of eco-friendly transportation options. This expansion follows Revolt’s successful entry into the Sri Lankan market, as the company aims to encourage electric motorcycle adoption through early-bird promotional offers and comprehensive training programs for dealership personnel.

Revolt Motors is poised to make a significant impact in the Nepalese electric motorcycle market by opening its first showroom in Kathmandu and planning the establishment of fifteen additional showrooms nationwide. The strategic partnership with MV Dugar Group highlights the company’s commitment to sustainable mobility in Nepal, while further expansions into other regions are on the horizon. Promoting awareness and training will be crucial in facilitating the adoption of electric motorcycles among consumers.
