Beginning early this morning, rain showers are anticipated across Jordan’s northern regions, potentially accompanied by thunder and hail. As the day progresses, these downpours are expected to extend into some eastern areas, although central Jordan will witness only brief and light showers. By evening, a reduction in rain activity is forecasted.

The Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) reports a slight increase in temperatures on Sunday, leading to values that align with seasonal averages. On Monday, a further moderate rise in temperatures is predicted, with enjoyable weather conditions prevailing in most districts, while the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba will experience warm conditions.

In terms of daily temperatures, the capital city of Amman is expected to reach a maximum of 14 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 3 degrees. Conversely, in Aqaba, temperatures are projected to rise to a pleasant 23 degrees Celsius, declining to 11 degrees at night.

A gradual warming trend is anticipated over the weekend, with temperatures in Amman reaching seasonal averages and warmer conditions in Aqaba.
